Trivia Bowl Returns

Join us on February 4th at the Pembroke Knights of Columbus for the 2nd Annual Trivia Bowl. Tables for 8 to 10 players are $150. Individuals can play for $20. Liz Raven MC's the event again. Cash prize to the winning team, plus a prize for the best decorated table. Cash bar, but bring your own snacks and munchies. Raffles and more!

The Friends are hosting an open house on Sunday Oct 2nd from 12:30 to 3 pm. Stop by to see the recently purchased laptops made possibe by a gift from the Friends. Sign up for classes! Sign up to volunteer. Learn about the Friends. Become a member and get a free raffle ticket! Also flashdrives with a picture of the Pembroke Library will be available for sale. 2011 July Silent Auction

Accepting items now for the Friends July Silent Auction. New and gently used items for the auction would be greatly appreciated. You can donate larger items, but we are unable to display them in the library. You will need to take an image or images of the item and also arrange for pickup/delivery with the winner.

Skills and services are also welcomed, as well as hand made items.

Items so far are a decorative bowl, quilt, and jewelry.

In the past, we've had bikes, dollhouses, tables, guest DJ spot at WATD and much more.

Spring Book and Bake Sale

Saturday April 9th is the Spring Book and Bake Sale. We're still looking for book donations as well as bake sale items. Also if you are interested in helping, let us know by calling the Pembroke Public Library or contact Carol at cdw855@msn.com.
