Want to see if you can tell the value of an item? Stop by the library and buy a raffle ticket for $1.00 and guess the value of one of five antique/collectible items and you will be entered to win a Borders Book Store gift card. The winner will be drawn on 9/27 and if your guess is exact or within $5, you'll be a winner. We will call you if you are. Good luck!
